❓How to sell
1. List your domain
If you're looking to sell your domain name for a fixed price, there's a method called "On-Sell" that's perfect for you. You can find it by going to the "Domains" tab on your profile page. Simply click "Create Offer" and enter your domain name along with the price you want.
There's a small catch: to ensure you're listing valuable domains, a 5% deposit of your asking price will be required.
2. Transfer authentication code and wait for transaction completion
When a buyer decides to purchase your domain, you'll receive a notification via Telegram along with a request to submit authentication code. This code helps the buyer claim ownership of the domain. You only have 24 hours to submit the code, if not, your deposit will be trasnfer to the buyer. Once the claim is successful, you'll be notified again through Telegram that the entire transaction is complete. The deposit will be refunded, and the sales price will be transferred to your account.
3. Settle
In the event that the buyer faces difficulties claiming the domain using the provided authorization code, they have the option to report the issue. Both you and the buyer will have 24 hours to communicate and resolve the matter via Telegram.
If you fails to respond to the buyer's messages within the 24-hour timeframe, you will forfeit the collateral amount previously deposited. However, if you promptly responds and assists the buyer, two scenarios may unfold:
Successful Settlement: The collateral amount will be refunded to you along with the domain's purchase price.
Unsuccessful Settlement: You will receive a refund of the collateral amount but will incur a 2% deduction from the domain's value due to the transaction's cancellation.
In exceptional circumstances, we will collaborate with both you and the buyer to reach a fair resolution, involving our mediation team if necessary.
Once a buyer matches a seller's offer, the following process is initiated:
Seller Verification: The seller has 48 hours to provide complete domain information to Escrow Market's moderation team.
Domain Transfer: Upon verification, the moderation team facilitates the transfer of domain ownership to the buyer, providing tailored instructions and support.
Payout: After a successful transfer, the seller receives the buyer's deposit, and their collateral is returned.
