1. Search for your desired domain

Browse the available domains and locate the one you're interested in.

2. Proceed purchase if satisfied

If you're satisfied with the seller's asking price, proceed to purchase the domain by connecting your TON wallet.

3. Wait for seller to send authorization code

We will notify the domain seller and request them to send you an authorization code within 24 hours.

Upon receiving the authorization code from the seller, we will notify you via Telegram with a link to retrieve the code. Alternatively, you can access the code directly by navigating to "My Purchases" and selecting "Get Code."

If the seller fails to provide the code, you will be entitled to receive both the seller's collateral fee and the full amount you paid for the domain.

4. Claim domain in the domain registrar and confirm

Once you receive the authorization code from the seller, you have 24 hours to confirm its validity and complete the domain claim process. After 24 hours, the system will automatically confirm the code on your behalf.

Here's a detailed guide to claiming your domain:

• Copy the authorization code and visit the domain provider's website.

• Locate the domain claim page and enter the authorization code.

• Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the domain claim process.

• Upon successful claim completion, you'll be redirected to the "My Purchases" page.

• Click the "Confirm" button to finalize the transaction.

If you encounter any issues during the claim process, you can create a ticket within 24 hours of receiving the code to initiate a dispute with the seller.

5. Settle

If the authorization code provided by the seller is invalid or fails to work, the buyer has the option to create a ticket to initiate a dispute with the seller. Both the buyer and the seller will have 24 hours to communicate and resolve the issue via Telegram.

In the event that the seller fails to respond to the buyer's messages within the 24-hour timeframe, we will transfer the seller's collateral amount to the buyer. However, the buyer will incur a 2% fee due to the cancellation of the contract.

If the seller promptly responds and assists the buyer, two scenarios may unfold:

• Successful Settlement: The buyer will successfully claim the domain and will not incur any additional fees.

• Unsuccessful Settlement: We will refund the domain's purchase price to the buyer but will deduct a 2% fee due to the cancellation of the contract.
